Having worked with different utility companies since deregulation in the business and domestic sector, it was clear that people needed help and advice making the right decision with energy contracts. Suppliers and brokers were miss-selling products and giving bad advice and the utility industry suffered because of this. I saw this as a great opportunity to set up energy smart advising clients of all options when purchasing their energy contracts. Since 2011 we always have the customers interest at heart and give best advice whether this benefits us or not.
We are currently working with suppliers to make the quoting process even more transparent. It is important to us that we act with integrity and transparency in all aspects of our business and are committed to presenting our clients with clear, accurate information at every point of the process in order to help them make informed choices regarding their energy. We have also produced a customer portal allowing clients to manage their portfolio more efficiently. As well as successfully introducing a group purchasing scheme called ” Energy Smart Together” harnessing the purchasing power of many businesses.
Our goal for the future is to further advocate Green Energy, safe guarding our planet for future generations. Working towards purchasing Green fuel for 100% of our clients. Promoting products that will bring a benefit to our clients such as green technology solutions and water savings. We will continue to work with suppliers to make the quoting process more transparent.
