Energy Smart Together is our successful group purchasing program. Grouping businesses together makes it possible for us to negotiate better terms and prices with suppliers. Suppliers are invited to tender for the group contract by providing their most competitive prices and services. These must be in line with the criteria set by the Energy Smart team. Once the tender deadline has passed, we will review each tender and select the best supplier for the needs of the group. Suppliers can send in tenders for review as many times as they wish before the deadline. This is so that they can amend their tender and try to become as competitive as possible in order to win the contract.
