Over the past 7 years we have built up a strong working relationship with the Matrix Medical group managing the energy contracts and working with contractors to install the supplies on time.
We then work with the tenant to ensure they are on the best possible tariffs and utilise the energy management tools correctly to maximise their savings.

We have worked closely with Central learning over the past 3 years ensuring the best possible tariffs, re-aligning all their contract end dates and working with them on new projects. We recently helped with the Government ESOS scheme helping them be compliant and showing further possible energy savings.

The Family Care Trust provides social care services throughout Solihull and the wider West Midlands. The charity has operated for over fifteen years, during which time it has built up a wide portfolio of services that support the community.
We were firstly introduced to The Family Care Trust in 2010 and we spent the first 12 months re aligning all the contract end dates as they had multiple sites with various different suppliers. Once this was achieved we were then able to utilize their buying power more efficiently. We have also helped with renewable energy technologies, lighting and new expansion projects.
